No. Many people start this Gut Reset with nothing more than “my gut is a mess” as a label. If you have red-flag symptoms like severe pain, bleeding, rapid weight loss or a history of serious reactions, we do ask that you speak to your GP or specialist first. We’ll outline these inside the programme as well.
Often, yes – but we always recommend checking with your GP, pharmacist or healthcare provider before making major changes to your diet, supplements or exercise. We don’t advise changing or stopping prescribed medication. That’s between you and your medical team.
Short answer: no. You will take a break from some common gut irritants while we reset and rebuild, and we’ll ask you to focus on mostly whole foods during the programme. In Week 4 (and in Level 2 if you choose it), we’ll show you how to reintroduce foods more intentionally, so you can decide what’s genuinely worth it for your body.
Yes. The Gut Reset is built for real life, not monastery retreats. We’ll help you: choose the right week for the more structured liquid phase, adapt portions and timing if you’re on your feet all day or training regularly, and keep things as simple as possible in the kitchen. If you’re in a very high-stress period, it might make sense to delay by a week or two so you can give it a fair shot.
No – but many people do see changes in their weight and shape as a side-effect of:
steadier digestion, better blood sugar balance, and more whole-food eating. We have a specific Weight Loss & Gut Health focus option if that’s important for you, and we’ll explain how to approach it safely.
